2022 GyeongGi Cultural Foundation
Some specialists go to the South Corea for a symposium about the Corean Fortifications organize by the GyeongGi Cultural Foundation with a participation fo professionals come to The Netherland (Jereon van der Werf), Germany (Andreas Kupka), France (Nicolas Faucherre) and Belgium (Philippe Bragard). After this symposium the GyeongGi Cultural Foundation edited a publication about Vauban from Nicolas Faucherre in Corean, English and French (The Namhan Sanseong Studies Series Vol. 11, The fortifications of Vauban, a world heritage, 2022, 246 p. ) and a book about te Capital Defense System and Military Heritage with the participation of Philippe Bragard, Andreas Kupka, Jereon van der Werf, Nicolas Faucherre, Kim Young-soo, Park Jae-gwang and Lee Hyeng-woo to compare the defences systems in Europa and Corea.
